Accounting Assistant - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Support the Certified Accountant in daily accounting management.
• Organize, classify, and enter accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage supplier accounts.
• Control fixed assets, accruals, and deferrals.
• Prepare billing processes and provide tax support (withholdings, SAF-T, IRC, VAT, among others).
• Communicate with clients and suppliers via phone and email.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Primavera software.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese (C1/C2); English is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Organized, responsible, and team-oriented profile.

Nice to Have

• Experience in international accounting practices.
• Familiarity with tax regulations in Portugal.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
