About the Role

What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong strategic approach.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering their growth.
• Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Identify new opportunities to add value to the client’s business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting confidently at senior levels.
• A collaborative team player with leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in a global/regional account at an agency.
• Familiarity with digital, social, and print marketing.
• Experience in the marketing and advertising industry.
