About the Role

Join our team as an Account Manager - Customer Growth & Expansion (Remote). In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving customer engagement and expanding our client base across the UK and Ireland. As an Account Manager, you will focus on value-based selling, ensuring that our customers receive the maximum benefit from our services. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and success in the competitive B2B SaaS market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Implement strategies for customer growth and expansion, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Utilize MEDDICC methodology to manage sales processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze ROI metrics to demonstrate the value of our solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the product design and user experience teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support business growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and consultative selling techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics and budgeting processes.
  • Experience with cloud environments and API design is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin and backend development is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI and content design.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles.
  • Previous experience in finance business partnering.
