About the Role
We are seeking a talented Account Executive, SMB to join our dynamic team at Deel. As an Account Executive, SMB remote, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our client base within the SMB segment. What You'll Do
- Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers.
- Build and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Research and qualify client requirements to seek new solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with our SDR team to strategize and maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline.
- Engage in ongoing communication and relationship building with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership.
- Ensure the CRM system is well maintained and updated.
- Attend industry events in person to build relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech and Payroll ecosystem.
Requirements
- Geographically based in the EMEA region.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech company.
- Proven experience selling SaaS technologies.
- Highly personable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to break down complicated matters and explain them simply.
- Quick with numbers and obsessive about delivering world-class service.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Portuguese and fully proficient in English.
- Extensive experience managing B2B clients and expanding the business footprint within Portugal.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the HR Tech or Payroll ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Networking skills to engage with industry professionals.
