Account Executive - SaaS Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Executive - Remote to join our growing sales team at Nexthink. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities for our industry-leading SaaS solutions. This is a client-facing role that allows you to work from our London City office up to three times per week or as business demands. You will play a crucial role in helping our customers enhance their digital employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales goals and targets for your assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Develop a strong pipeline from a new territory of UK commercial prospects in the mid to high-end sector.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points.
- Present and demo SaaS solutions to prospective clients alongside your Solution Consultant.
- Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing teams to generate leads and quality pipeline.
- Represent Nexthink professionally at company events.
- Maintain accurate forecasting in CRM and own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Requirements
- Track record in new business sales with quota achievement.
- Previous experience in software or solution sales organizations.
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or other SaaS-aligned sales methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience in the IT sector.
- Knowledge of digital employee experience solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
