About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Support Manager to join our team remotely. As a Customer Support Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our customers. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Experience with customer service tools and systems, fluent in both Swedish and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving results and improvements.
