Customer Service Order Management Representative (German Speaking) - Remote
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Order Management Representative (German Speaking) remote to join our dynamic team at Celanese. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your contributions will ensure flawless order execution, drive process excellence, and strengthen collaboration between Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, OPEX, and IT.
What You'll Do
- Ensure perfect order fulfillment of orders and resolve issues as required.
- Work closely with sales management for billing adjustments.
- Act as the key transactional contact for customers.
- Maintain key internal relationships including marketing, sales, supply chain planning, and product management.
- Update customer master information in SAP and perform diversified customer pricing applications.
- Process billing-related adjustments such as returns and credit/debits.
- Support sales representatives and business line managers with sales data analysis and reporting.
- Drive continuous process improvement to simplify and standardize operations.
Requirements
- College/university degree.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Deep knowledge of SAP transactions and functionality.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Mentoring and coaching skills to support team members.
- Willingness to help and develop others.
