About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Lead creative briefs for various channels including TV, Digital, Print, and In-store assets, ensuring seamless execution across all platforms.
  • Drive the growth of assigned categories through strategic marketing initiatives and integrated brand campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor competition and leverage consumer insights and market trends to identify opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers and external partners to ensure effective coordination and successful implementation of promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Commercial, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and PR to achieve optimal results.
  • Proactively develop innovative ideas that enhance brand visibility and category performance.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Marketing, or Account Management, preferably in retail.
  • A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in managing both digital and offline communication channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, with strong presentation skills.
