What You'll Do

• Oversee the procurement of office supplies, consumables, tooling, hire contracts, services, and utilities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead supplier consolidation efforts.
• Manage end-to-end tender processes, including preparing documentation and analyzing supplier responses.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve savings aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement activities with wider business goals.
• Support the development of the indirect procurement strategy and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Maintain supplier performance and manage procurement systems and order processes.
• Provide purchasing support across various departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, particularly in managing supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and tendering.
• Ability to analyze data to identify improvements and savings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
