About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Coordinator - Remote to join our team at The Helper Bees. In this role, you will support account management for enterprise-level clients, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships. As an integral part of our mission-driven organization, you will contribute to enhancing the quality of care for older adults.

What You'll Do

  • Support account management for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with plan partners to foster collaboration.
  • Coordinate eligibility files and monitor utilization trends to optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations, assisting in tracking and documenting compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
  • Manage client meetings and documentation effectively.
  • Analyze data for client reporting, providing insights to improve client outcomes.
  • Travel to client meetings as required, acting as a key liaison between departments and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Long-Term Care Insurance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CMS guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and navigate multiple platforms efficiently.
  • Must be able to travel as required for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
