About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Coordinator - Remote to join our team at The Helper Bees. In this role, you will support account management for enterprise-level clients, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships. As an integral part of our mission-driven organization, you will contribute to enhancing the quality of care for older adults.
What You'll Do
- Support account management for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with plan partners to foster collaboration.
- Coordinate eligibility files and monitor utilization trends to optimize service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations, assisting in tracking and documenting compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
- Manage client meetings and documentation effectively.
- Analyze data for client reporting, providing insights to improve client outcomes.
- Travel to client meetings as required, acting as a key liaison between departments and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account coordination or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Long-Term Care Insurance is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMS guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and navigate multiple platforms efficiently.
- Must be able to travel as required for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
