Working Student Quality Assurance - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Working Student Quality Assurance to join our team at FrieslandCampina. This remote opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance while working closely with colleagues from various departments. As a Working Student Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for direct written communication with customers, both internal and external, in English. You will gather customer contractual requirements and prepare draft texts for discussion with your line manager before further processing.

What You'll Do

• Engage in direct written communication with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Gather and document customer contractual requirements effectively.
• Prepare draft texts for review and discussion with the line manager.
• Support internal and external alignment to achieve mutually agreed solutions.
• Ensure precise, customer-oriented, and efficient execution of tasks.
• Maintain reliable, accurate, and structured documentation of all activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues from Quality, Commercial, and Supply Chain functions.
• Report to the responsible line manager within the quality/customer documentation function.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in quality assurance or related field.
• Familiarity with customer documentation processes.
• Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations.
