About the Role

We are looking for a Field Technician for EV Charging Stations - Remote to join our dynamic team at Powerdot. As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our charging stations meet quality standards across France. What You'll Do

• Visit our charging stations throughout France to ensure they meet our quality standards before commissioning.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site with the support of a dedicated team.
• Perform preventive maintenance interventions to keep our stations operational.
• Collaborate with the operations team to enhance our processes and service quality.
• Establish strong relationships with our partners and users to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of higher education (e.g., DUT/BTS in Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent).
• A passion for sustainable mobility and a commitment to contributing to a greener world.
• Strong autonomy, a positive attitude, and natural curiosity.
• Affinity with electricity, technology, electronics, and IT.
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Category B driving license is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the electric vehicle sector or related fields.
• Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Fluency in English, as it is the primary language used for communication within the company.
