About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at Heartwood Collection. This Chef de Partie remote position offers a unique opportunity to work in an award-winning group of cozy pubs and atmospheric brasseries that feel like home. With a focus on fresh, seasonal dishes, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our local communities.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation meet our standards.
• Work across at least two sections of the kitchen, following recipes and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to quality.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your culinary skills.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a service setting.
• Intermediate knife skills and familiarity with classical cooking techniques.
• A passion for delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a multi-award-winning hospitality group.
• Knowledge of seasonal ingredients and menu planning.
• Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
