Customer Relationship Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Suntory Beverage & Food. This remote position will allow you to contribute to operational excellence in our Supply Chain. What You'll Do

• Manage customer relationships from order to invoicing, including resolving logistical disputes.
• Ensure operational management of orders in compliance with general sales conditions.
• Analyze stock levels and manage shortages for customers under GPA.
• Monitor promotional orders and address logistical disputes in collaboration with service providers.
• Contribute to Supply Chain excellence by managing portfolio smoothing, controlling deliveries, and service rates.
• Engage with customers daily, minimizing anomalies and preparing for phone meetings.

Requirements

• Commercial or logistics education (minimum Bac+3).
• Experience in a customer service role is appreciated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with SAP (SD) is preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills, autonomy, rigor, tenacity, adaptability, and stress management.
• Good knowledge of the consumer goods sector (CHD or retail) and sensitivity to Supply Chain issues.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
