Field Service Engineer - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team at ATS Corporation. This Field Service Engineer remote position involves responsibility for installing and maintaining our innovative products in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with our service team to ensure that our products function optimally at client locations.

What You'll Do

• Install and maintain our products on-site, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality.
• Provide application training to clients to ensure effective use of our products.
• Conduct service interventions for all products, addressing any issues that arise.
• Communicate clearly about the status of your work and strive for the best possible results.
• Collaborate with the service team to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in repairing machines and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• A passion for technology with the ability to interpret pneumatic and electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• A background in mechanical engineering and/or electronics.
• Strong customer orientation and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with PLCs is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of client-server software applications.
