Working Student (m/​f/​d) IT Support - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in IT Support to join our team remotely. As a Working Student in IT Support, you will have the opportunity to assist our IT team in daily operations, particularly in first-level support and user assistance. This role is perfect for students who are eager to gain practical experience in IT systems and support.

What You'll Do

• Support the IT team in daily operations, focusing on first-level support and user assistance.
• Install computers and assist in setting up and dismantling hardware at workstations.
• Participate in the installation, maintenance, and configuration of software and hardware.
• Receive and log IT requests via email or ticketing system.
• Assist IT colleagues with various tasks and projects.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You have a basic understanding of IT applications and are proficient with MS Office.
• Ideally, you have some experience in IT support or dealing with technical issues.
• You possess good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IT infrastructures and networks.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
