Working Student in CRM & Sales Operations - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student in CRM & Sales Operations to join our dynamic team at Steadforce. This remote opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience while contributing to our CRM and sales operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring data quality and supporting our lead management team.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and clean CRM data in HubSpot, including removing duplicates and ensuring data quality.
• Assist in structuring and optimizing data fields, lists, and workflows.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
• Handle data imports and exports, as well as data migrations.
• Collaborate closely with our lead management team to enhance processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Interest in CRM systems, data management, and marketing automation.
• Initial experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Structured, meticulous, and data-driven work style.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Independent and reliable working style.
• Fluent in German; English skills are a plus.
