Workday HCM Technical Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Workday HCM Technical Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your Workday HCM domain and technical proficiency to support our customers' Workday HCM applications. As a Workday HCM Technical Lead, you will lead support activities related to application maintenance, transition, and validating requirements with product offerings.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of solutions for the Workday HCM application.
• Collaborate with HR leads and third-party teams to customize product requests.
• Create comprehensive design documents for new integrations and enhancements.
• Utilize your expertise in Workday technologies like EIB, Advanced Report Writer, and Cloud Connect.
• Conduct performance tuning of reports and integration codes to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in implementing, rolling out, and supporting Workday HCM applications.
• Proficient in running reports and troubleshooting data issues within Workday.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday technologies and the full SDLC.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on large ERP projects and understanding integrations with third-party systems.
• Leadership experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
