Visual Designer - Brand and Static Illustration

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team at Kama Capital. This Visual Designer remote position will focus on executing our brand across all static and brand-led touchpoints. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality visual execution across various materials, including digital, corporate, and event materials, while adhering to our brand guidelines and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver brand-aligned static visuals across all channels.
• Apply and maintain Kama Capital’s visual identity and brand standards.
• Produce day-to-day creative assets for marketing and communications.
• Support website, landing page, and email visuals.
• Design corporate materials including presentations, decks, and factsheets.
• Create event and exhibition artwork (banners, backdrops, signage, merchandise).
• Develop simple illustrations, icons, and visual elements as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all designs.

Formats You’ll Design

• Social media static posts and carousels.
• Static display and performance ads.
• Website and landing page visuals.
• Email and CRM visuals.
• Presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and factsheets.
• Event artwork, print materials, and branded merchandise.
• App and product-support visuals (non-UX).

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio across digital, brand, and print.
• Solid understanding of branding and visual consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in parallel.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma and Canva.
