About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Development to lead our innovative team at Bosch Home Comfort USA. This Vice President of Development remote position is crucial for shaping the future of our Power Tools division in North America and globally. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product and technology strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.

What You'll Do

• Define and implement a strategic vision and market-driven roadmap for product development.
• Lead a high-performance, multi-disciplinary team that integrates market insights, engineering, and product management.
• Ensure product investments are backed by rigorous market data and aligned with global strategies.
• Drive technical innovation while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage annual R&D budgets and implement stage-gate governance for product development.

Requirements

• Proven executive leadership experience in product development within a global consumer products organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams with significant revenue impact.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large capital and operating budgets.
• Deep understanding of quality systems, product safety, and regulatory environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
