Verification Methodology and Automation Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Verification Methodology and Automation Engineer to join our Chip Methodology & Automation team at Arm. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a diverse team of engineers across multiple global locations, including the United Kingdom, India, France, the United States, and Hungary. As a Verification Methodology and Automation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and standardizing internal engineering flows that support verification activities within the Solutions Engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Develop, standardize, and maintain internal engineering flows that enable verification activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to deploy best practices across a common set of requirements.
• Work on simulation, emulation, and formal verification processes.
• Advance machine-readable specifications to aid automation of standard methodology.
• Collect and analyze verification metrics using tools from multiple EDA vendors.

Requirements

• Hands-on project-level verification experience in SoC hardware development.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Perl, and PHP.
• Familiarity with version control systems like SVN, Git, and Gerrit.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IP protection and export restrictions.
• Knowledge of functional safety standards, including ISO 26262.
• Experience working on global IP and SoC development projects.
