About the Role

DLB Associates is seeking a VDC Manager II to join our innovative team. This remote VDC Manager II position offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical construction projects across the U.S. As a key project resource, you will support digital coordination, model quality, and multidisciplinary trade alignment, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of precision and quality.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and implementation of VDC execution workflows for mission-critical construction projects.
• Manage and maintain federated models to facilitate trade coordination and clash detection.
• Conduct BIM coordination efforts using tools like Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360 to enhance project visibility.
• Track model progress and outstanding issues to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Collaborate with project management and trade partners to resolve constructability conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in BIM/VDC, project coordination, or construction technology.
• Strong knowledge of VDC coordination processes and model federation.
• Proficiency in Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with AI-enabled technologies to streamline workflows.
• Knowledge of industry trends and project management practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA training and safety policies.
