UX Researcher - Remote Position at Fundraise Up

About the Role

We’re looking for a UX Researcher remote to join Fundraise Up, a global fundraising platform dedicated to making donations to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible. As a UX Researcher remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product's user experience by conducting comprehensive research that informs our design and development processes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead research initiatives from start to finish, including defining methodologies, conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings.
• Utilize various research methods such as interviews, usability tests, surveys, and competitive analysis to gather insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable research questions.
• Monitor product analytics to identify user behavior patterns and inform your research.
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on research findings to improve user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX research with a strong methodological toolkit.
• Experience working in both B2C and B2B contexts.
• Fluent in English; ability to moderate and present research findings effectively.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as PostHog or Tableau.
• Exceptional empathy and understanding of user needs, particularly in the nonprofit sector.

Nice to Have

• NN/g certifications or a background in academic/scientific research.
• Experience with insights repository tools like Productboard.
• Mentoring or teaching experience in UX research.
