About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Design Lead - Remote to join our innovative team at WhiteShield. What You'll Do

• Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in UX design.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in the fintech or blockchain industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Familiarity with public policy and client support in design.
• Experience in mobile application design.
