Lead Solution Architect - PLM & PDM Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join our dynamic team at CYBEX. This Lead Solution Architect remote position focuses on PLM and PDM processes, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative products. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical solution designs.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements related to PLM and PDM processes.
• Design and support PLM solutions integrated with SAP, focusing on PTC Windchill and FlexPLM.
• Manage and continuously improve PLM and CAD (PTC Creo) systems, including configuration and upgrades.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Present solution concepts, implementation approaches, and effort estimates to IT and business leadership.
• Ensure solutions comply with IT governance standards and architectural principles.
• Support PLM and application lifecycle projects through testing and deployment activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of PLM, PDM, and related business processes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill, including workflow configuration and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of FlexPLM and common PLM integration scenarios.
• Experience integrating or supporting PLM/PDM solutions within SAP environments.
• Solid understanding of PLM and application lifecycle management landscapes.
• Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, ideally in make-to-order (MTO) environments.
• Confidence working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, vendors, and projects.
• German language skills are highly advantageous.
