• Implement our Trust & Safety framework, adapting best practices to product-specific needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to embed safety into features and workflows.
• Cooperate with moderation teams to ensure clarity on evolving policies.
• Handle critical escalations personally, ensuring effective resolution.
