Transport Planning Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Transport Planning Specialist to join our team at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our logistics operations while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid work. As a Transport Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing production plans and coordinating shipments of finished goods.

What You'll Do

• Conduct daily analysis of production plans to schedule shipments of finished products.
• Plan road and sea transport logistics.
• Collaborate with production planners and freight companies to ensure optimal shipping processes.
• Prepare documentation for customs clearance.
• Continuously analyze inventory levels in internal and external warehouses and manage risks in this area.
• Actively participate in the Transport Department's efforts to optimize logistics processes in the world's largest tea company.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience in logistics and transportation, especially in transport planning and inventory analysis.
• Strong communication skills and openness to collaboration with clients and internal departments.
• Ability to multitask and a willingness to learn and grow.
