About the Role

Join Coty as a Total Rewards Apprentice in this exciting remote opportunity! This apprenticeship will start in September 2026 and offers a unique chance to enhance your HR skills and expertise in the Compensation & Benefits field.

What You'll Do

• Support the Global Reward team in executing, reporting, and communicating compensation and benefits programs.
• Assist with global job grading, salary surveys, merit cycles, and pay transparency reporting.
• Contribute to global benefits initiatives and employee communications.
• Help with executive compensation materials, benchmarking, and governance documentation.
• Support international assignment packages and mobility KPIs.
• Maintain the Reward portal and update policies and brochures.
• Provide project coordination across global reward priorities.
• Engage in recurring reward reporting cycles and maintain trackers for retention and salary adjustments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR or Business.
• Some experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Ability to navigate a complex environment with agility and flexibility.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Confidentiality is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English.
