About the Role

We are looking for a passionate TikTok Marketing Intern to join our team remotely. As a TikTok Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for researching viral video ideas specifically tailored to the career niche, writing engaging scripts for TikTok videos, and providing daily motivation to our creators.

What You'll Do

  • Write compelling scripts for TikTok videos that effectively communicate our message.
  • Maintain daily contact with over 30 TikTok creators to foster relationships and ensure collaboration.
  • Manage TikTok creator partnerships, overseeing everything from content review to payment processing.
  • Stay updated on TikTok and social media trends to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Work independently in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong desire to learn.
  • Commit to working 40+ hours per week to maximize your internship experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience creating short-form content, preferably on TikTok.
  • A deep understanding of TikTok and social media trends.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn about sales generation from TikTok.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Must not be currently enrolled in college.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with video editing tools and software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track video performance.
