About the Role

What You'll Do

• Produce compelling English copy that meets the needs of our SME audience across various formats, including emails, mobile notifications, blog posts, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the Member Engagement Marketing team to develop content strategies that align with Tide’s mission.
• Review and amend existing content, providing support and guidance to fellow writers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on projects and initiatives.
• Utilize your strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure all content adheres to our Style Guide.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a copy or content writing role.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating engaging content for SMEs.
• Strong attention to detail with impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Experience working with CRM teams and understanding their needs.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Contentful is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the finance sector or with start-ups.
• A portfolio showcasing your copywriting skills.
