What You'll Do

• Perform various tasks essential to retail operations, including unloading and loading trailers, sorting donations, and assisting customers on the sales floor.
• Operate equipment such as trash compactors and baling machines as needed.
• Engage with customers and donors, providing excellent service and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance overall store performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, thrift, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs occasionally and exert up to 25 lbs of force frequently.
• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills for handling merchandise and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
