About the Role
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team at WillScot. In this remote role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in your territory through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for our innovative temporary space solutions.
- Spend approximately 40% of your time on outbound prospecting and 30% on converting inbound inquiries.
- Identify and prioritize potential customers and market segments for business development.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and work towards converting leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Utilize SalesForce CRM to track performance and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare competitive price quotes and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
- 1 year of outbound prospecting experience or relevant experience at WillScot.
- Willingness to travel 10%-20% for customer visits.
- Experience in high-volume transactional sales and leasing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
