What You'll Do

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately to ensure correct deliveries and invoices.
• Register and resolve transportation complaints promptly.
• Communicate with customers through various channels regarding their orders, confirmations, and shipment details.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and targets throughout the order management process.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in order management or customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP is an asset.
