About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Debt Solutions Manager - Remote to join our team at Farber Debt Solutions. As a leader in the debt solutions industry, we have been helping clients overcome financial challenges since 1979. In this remote role, you will assist clients in navigating their financial situations, recommending appropriate debt solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from potential clients regarding debt solutions.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to conversion rates.
• Create a superior customer experience through engagement and empathy.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the debt solutions industry.
• Prepare necessary regulatory documents for client engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with external referrals and lead sources.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
• Work independently to meet objectives and timelines.
• Ensure effective communication with clients throughout the process.
• Promote the Farber brand positively in the market.

Requirements

• Proven willingness to develop and grow a practice area.
• Enrollment in the Trustee’s program is an asset.
• Experience in consumer insolvency is an asset.
• Excellent listening, selling, and closing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Assertive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and meet objectives.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High personal standards of integrity and trustworthiness.

Nice to Have
