Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and the technical skills required for various positions.
- Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
