About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in technical recruitment to source, screen, and hire top engineering talent. What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Utilize data analysis and AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior engineering leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
  • Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of engineering roles and the technical skills required for various positions.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with data engineering and analytics engineering roles.
  • Knowledge of KPI management and performance metrics in recruitment.
