Technical Recruiter - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring world-class talent, including Engineers, AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers. As a Technical Recruiter, you will own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across global teams.
  • Collaborate with technical hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Source and engage both passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and AI/ML communities.
  • Screen candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit, coordinating assessments and interviews.
  • Handle offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize data and metrics to enhance sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates, fostering a transparent recruiting environment.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Proven success in hiring for software engineering, AI, ML, and Data Science roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with technical assessment formats and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of AI tools used in the recruitment process.
