Technical Property Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Property Manager to join our team at Reneo, a leading investment and asset management platform in Germany. In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing maintenance issues in the properties we oversee, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Review incoming reports and determine responsibility for maintenance issues.
• Initiate and coordinate repairs with external service providers.
• Document and maintain systems related to property management.
• Plan and oversee larger repair projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Process and manage insurance claims for property damage.
• Collaborate closely with commercial property management, owners, and homeowners' associations.
• Negotiate and review service and maintenance contracts.
• Review and approve invoices for services rendered.

Requirements

• Completed technical training, such as a construction technician or facility management qualification.
• Practical experience in a real estate company or facility management.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of reliability and commitment.
• Strong customer service orientation and engagement.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in German; English language skills are a plus.

• Experience with property management software.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient building practices.
• Familiarity with legal regulations in property management.
