Technical Program Manager - Defense Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join Anduril Industries, a leading defense technology company. This Technical Program Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects that transform military capabilities through advanced technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and integration of Anduril products and technologies, ensuring alignment with the Chief Engineer.
• Manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resource allocation, making critical tradeoffs to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Develop strong partnerships with DOD customers, facilitating feedback loops to shape solutions and accelerate fielding.
• Implement lightweight processes and tools for program planning, risk management, and customer communication.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team, proactively identifying development and recruitment opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and business development teams to create innovative pricing strategies for proposals.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for Anduril Air Dominance & Strike R&D investments.
• Utilize your technical aptitude and program management skills to deliver optimal outcomes for Anduril and its customers.

Requirements

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects successfully.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams in a technology-focused organization.

Nice to Have

• Experience in defense technology or related fields.
• Familiarity with AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion technologies.
