Technical Program Manager - Cloud Transformation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager - Cloud Transformation to lead a multi-year datacenter to cloud transformation initiative. This remote position will allow you to manage complex migration programs using hybrid project management methodologies, making a significant impact in the financial sector.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end datacenter to cloud migration strategy and execution.
• Manage a multi-year transformation roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, applications, security, and business units.
• Establish governance frameworks and decision-making processes.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative migration waves.
• Utilize Waterfall approaches for infrastructure and compliance-driven workstreams.
• Manage hybrid project frameworks based on workload requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program/project management experience.
• 5+ years managing cloud migration or infrastructure transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with migration tools and methodologies (6Rs framework).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent; experience leading Agile teams.
• Proficiency in traditional SDLC and waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, etc.).
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Background in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with migration assessment tools (CloudEndure, Azure Migrate, etc.).
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
