About the Role

We're hiring a Technical Product Owner - Remote to join Tether Operations Limited, a leader in the digital finance revolution. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital finance by leading the Hadron product. This position allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world, collaborating with a global team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fintech.

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the Hadron product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demand.
• Prioritize product initiatives and drive sustainable growth through innovative solutions.
• Act as the primary interface between product and engineering teams, facilitating effective communication.
• Collect and structure feedback from institutional clients to inform product development.
• Coordinate development cycles and feature releases, ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements.
• Ensure long-term platform scalability and product coherence.
• Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the fintech space to innovate and improve product offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, particularly in fintech or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product roadmaps and delivering on product initiatives.
