Technical Product Manager - AI Automation Platform

About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to join our team at Apiphani. This Technical Product Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of infrastructure automation through agentic AI. You will connect customer needs with product direction, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers to translate insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Define and own features across the platform, including web dashboards, terminal interfaces, and AI-driven automation.
• Write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure solutions are usable, reliable, and scalable.
• Balance speed-to-market with enterprise-grade requirements such as security, reliability, and compliance.
• Help shape product strategy in partnership with leadership, bringing a user-centric lens to technical decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical program management.
• Strong technical background; able to engage deeply with engineers on APIs, data flows, and system design.
• Proven ability to conduct customer discovery, surfacing pain points and translating them into actionable priorities.
• Experience with developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or infrastructure products.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM-powered products or agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with observability, IT automation, or enterprise IT systems.
• Hands-on coding or scripting experience (Go, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
