Technical Account Manager - Hybrid Cloud Solutions
About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Account Manager - Hybrid Cloud to join our rapidly growing IT service provider focused on Microsoft solutions. In this role, you will work alongside the Key Account Manager to strategically build and maintain long-term customer relationships, oversee project planning and management, and leverage your extensive technical expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies and other solutions such as Barracuda, Cisco, or ServiceNow.
What You'll Do
- Proactively advise and support customers on technical issues and the design of their IT strategies.
- Strategically develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients and design tailored IT solutions, particularly in the area of Microsoft infrastructure.
- Take responsibility for projects from planning to execution, including coordinating internal and external experts and ensuring quality assurance.
- Apply deep technical expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Cloud & On-Premise) and other systems such as Barracuda, Cisco, or ServiceNow.
- Create technical proposals and actively support sales during customer presentations and workshops.
- Continuously monitor the market, share knowledge, and actively participate in implementing complex IT infrastructure landscapes.
Requirements
- Excellent expertise in IT infrastructure.
- Profound understanding of Microsoft technologies (Cloud & On-Premise).
- Several years of professional experience in project or IT management.
- A customer-oriented and communicative personality.
- Very good language skills in German and English.
