Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the fintech or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of various technology roles and the skills required for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
