Execution Planner - Remote Position at The Estée Lauder Companies

About the Role

We are seeking an Execution Planner to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies. This remote Execution Planner role focuses on demand and supply planning for our prestigious beauty brands. You will be responsible for managing local demand planning and supply management tasks, collaborating closely with international teams to ensure efficient operations.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of local demand planning and supply management for a product portfolio of our prestige beauty brands.
• Collaborate with international demand planning and supply management teams as well as local brand management, sales, and customer care teams in the DACH region.
• Proactively support the business through the application of our execution planning tools.
• Review, monitor, and adjust forecasts to meet business needs.
• Coordinate short-term customer actions and monitor product availability for new launches and seasonal items.
• Avoid overstock situations and coordinate action plans for inventory reduction.
• Create and update reports to track performance and outcomes.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply management, or product management within the consumer goods industry.
• Experience in international and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong numerical and system affinity with excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Proactive and independent working style with a passion for teamwork.
• A genuine interest in cosmetics and lifestyle topics.
