Staff Nurse - Renal Care (Remote Opportunity)

About the Role

Join our team as a Staff Nurse specializing in renal care in a remote capacity. This Staff Nurse role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful relationships with patients.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
• Ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented.
• Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
• Review pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

• NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify this Autumn.
• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Clinical experience in a renal setting.
• Experience with dialysis machines.
• Previous nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

• Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
• Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
• Starting Salary of up to £35,944 based on dialysis experience.
