What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout all software development phases.
• Support continuous improvement of software development processes through internal audits and metrics analysis.
• Monitor project milestones and facilitate lesson learned activities.
• Define and update quality checks and reports for internal software development processes.
• Review and support the execution of software candidate approval checklists.
• Participate in external audits and assessments conducted by certification companies.
• Evaluate the maturity of software development processes of external suppliers.
• Define and update work methods and reference procedures for software Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronic or Management Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in software development processes.
• Experience in software Quality Assurance activities and audits.
• Knowledge of process development standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO26262, and ISO21434.
• Strong analytical, target-oriented, and structured thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English.

• Experience in the automotive industry.
