What You'll Do

  • Drive the system architecture and technical direction of our core experience platform.
  • Lead large, strategic projects, breaking them down into achievable tasks for your team.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Review code and ensure high-quality standards are met across the engineering organization.
  • Participate in production support, troubleshooting incidents, and driving down technical complexity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience building backend services.
  • Experience designing and maintaining customer-facing APIs.
  • Proficiency in building and deploying cloud-native microservices.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and operating systems.
  • Experience with on-call support for production systems.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with C++, Go, Kubernetes, GraphQL, or gRPC.
  • Background in finance or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Passion for code quality and infrastructure.
