We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to join Hydes Brewery, enhancing our hospitality team in Norris, United Kingdom. As a Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience for our guests. What You'll Do

• Supervise the front of house team, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Be knowledgeable about our product offerings and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear direction and delegate tasks effectively to your team.
• Adapt to changing situations and maintain organization in a busy environment.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role, ideally as a Team Leader or similar.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to fostering a positive team environment and promoting inclusivity.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-volume pub or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food and beverage management.
• Hospitality qualifications or certifications.
