Team Lead - Controlled Environments (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead to join Controlled Environments Company (CEC) in a remote capacity. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team that supports some of the world’s largest multinational manufacturers in critically clean and controlled environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team while ensuring efficient operations in the microelectronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life science, and medical device industries.

What You'll Do

• Plan, allocate, and manage resources daily using standard work principles to ensure efficient task completion.
• Lead and inspire employees, ensuring performance aligns with company protocols.
• Create an open communication culture within the team, fostering an inspiring environment.
• Act as a role model for the company ethos and culture, reinforcing these values appropriately.
• Oversee new hire training based on comprehensive onboarding and training programs.
• Conduct continual reviews of individual team member performance and behaviors.
• Provide excellent written and verbal communications to direct supervisors and senior stakeholders.
• Listen to team feedback and assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise.
