About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Associate - Remote to join our dynamic team at Reachdesk. This role is designed for individuals who are curious and proactive, eager to build a career in people-focused roles. As a Talent Associate, you will support hiring quality, consistency, and speed across the business, ensuring that we identify high-performing candidates who align with our company values.

What You'll Do

• Support screening and selection by reviewing applications and identifying strong candidates who may be a good fit for various roles.
• Help maintain high-quality hiring processes by contributing to the creation and upkeep of practical hiring tools such as interview guides and scorecards.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications, ensuring that all records in the ATS are accurate and up to date.
• Deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience, communicating clearly with applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with job posting and promotion activities, collaborating with Marketing to enhance our employer brand.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in getting the small things right.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Curiosity and a genuine interest in people and hiring.

Nice to Have

• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
